Refund policy

Returns: Email kingstonecustom@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging.

Refunds are handled between you and the original supplier: you ship the item to the supplier (we give you the address), and once they confirm receipt your refund goes to your original payment method, within 14 business days.

Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — then contact us first and it's covered. Installed or used parts can't be returned unless defective. Damaged or wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
